1 rye mountain bread wrap
1/2 cup cooked chicken, skin removed and roughly chopped
1/4 cup grapes, halved
1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced
1 tbsp dried cranberries, roughly chopped
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Handful spinach
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup plain chobani yogurt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
Pinch of black pepper
Step 1 In a large bowl, mix together yoghurt, vinegar, pepper, chicken, celery, grapes, cranberries and nuts. Toss until coated.
Step 2 Place the chicken mixture on the mountain bread in a horizontal line near the end closest to you and top with some spinach and tomato. Fold the sides inward, then roll the wrap away from you to close it.
Step 3 Enjoy.
