Mango Sorbet

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Flesh of 1 medium mango, frozen
  • 2 tbs unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tbs almond milk

Method

Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.
Step 2 Scoop and serve immediately in glasses.
Step 3 Store unused mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze.

Hint

If your sorbet doesn’t come together at first, consider adding a small amount more liquid to keep mixture moving until it reaches your desired consistency.
